Parcel Box + Pickup Box
Send & Receive — the complete setup.
One letterbox that does both jobs. Parcels arrive keyless — the courier needs no key and no code — and drop into a locked compartment only you can open. And when you need to send something back or leave an item for collection, the built-in pickup compartment locks with a combination you set and share with whoever's collecting. Receiving and sending, secured separately, in one unit.
Two jobs, one box
Receive — keyless. Couriers drop parcels straight into the receiving drawer — no key, no code, no signature, nothing to get wrong. The parcel falls into a locked compartment below and stays secure until you collect it with your key.
Send — with a combination you set. Need to return an order or leave something for collection? Load it into the pickup compartment, lock it, and share your combination with the courier or collector. They open and collect.
How the combined unit works
Three compartments, two clear jobs. One tower stacks three secure spaces:
- Top — the pickup compartment. Your sending station: a lockable compartment with its own combination lock (more on sending below).
- Middle — the receiving drawer. Couriers deliver keyless — no key, no code. The parcel drops into the secure storage below. See exactly how keyless receiving works →
- Bottom — the secure storage compartment. Where delivered parcels and mail collect, behind a 3-point-locking door only you can open with your key.
Sending, made simple
My Pickup Box turns your letterbox into an outgoing point too — for returns, click-and-collect pickup's, or leaving something for a courier or freind. Load your item, lock the compartment with your combination, and share that combination with whoever's collecting. They open it and pickup the item to collect. Done.
It's the deliberate opposite of keyless delivery — and that's the point. Receiving should need nothing from the courier; sending should give one known person, and only them, a way in. Keyless in, combination out.
Why choose the complete setup
Send and receive from one spot. Accept keyless deliveries and handle returns, click-and-collect and outgoing items — without a second device or a trip to the post office.
Two functions, separately secured. Incoming parcels and outgoing items live in different locked compartments, each with its own access — so the two never mix.
Built for Australian conditions. Corrosion-resistant Aluzinc with a textured powder-coat finish — engineered to withstand rain, heat and coastal air.
Proof of Delivery built in. Each unit carries a unique barcode the courier can scan, so every delivery is logged and verifiable.

What's in the box
Your complete setup ships in four cartons for safe handling and straightforward assembly:
- The parcel-receiving drawer — fully assembled, with mounting Dyna-Bolts included.
- The base unit — flat-packed for easy handling; secures to the drawer (you choose front or rear collection as you connect it). Screws and keys included.
- The roof — assembled, secures to the drawer, with stainless screws included.
- My Pickup Box module — the sending compartment; secures on top to complete the tower.
The pickup module sits on top of the parcel box, and the parts stack and bolt together into one secure unit.
