Description
The Medium DIY Parcel Box Kit is the compact end of our build-your-own range — the working parts of a My Parcel Box, ready to build into an enclosure you make yourself. Sized for smaller custom enclosures, it supplies the keyless parcel-receiving drawer with its frame, the internal drop mechanism, and the collection door with its frame. The enclosure — and everything about it — is yours to build.
The receiving mechanism is the same proven system fitted to every My Parcel Box. A courier opens the drawer, puts the parcel in and closes it — no key, no code — and the parcel drops through into the storage space you’ve built below. As the drawer opens, the raised trapdoor flaps close off that storage, so nothing already delivered can be reached from outside.
Because you build the enclosure, the kit fits the project instead of the other way round. Build in timber, brick, render, composite, steel or cladding; make the storage compartment the size the build calls for (the mechanism just needs its clearance); and set collection up from the front, the rear or the side — whichever suits the structure. The working components are corrosion-resistant Aluzinc, made for Australian conditions.
