Description
Most parcel boxes give you two choices: fix it to a wall, or bolt it to the ground. The mounting post adds a third — install your parcel box the way Australians have traditionally mounted a letterbox, freestanding on a post at the front of the property.
The installation is as simple as it sounds: dig the hole, set the post at the correct height, add a bag of concrete, and fix your parcel box to the security mounting post. Job done.
The post suits the Medium and Large parcel boxes, and their Parcel Box + Pickup Box versions too — the post is simply set deeper to carry the taller unit. The Extra-Large is the exception: at 43 kg, its size and weight mean it bolts to a solid base or a wall instead. The installation guide covers every mounting option step by step.
