1. Who we are

My Parcel Box is operated by Comet Electronics (PTY) Ltd, ABN 52 117 354 408 — Karrinyup WA. Anything in this policy, or any question about your information, comes to us at info@myparcelbox.au.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us:

Your name, email address and delivery address when you place an order.
Your phone or mobile number, if you choose to give it — on the contact form or by messaging us.
The content of messages you send us, including any photos you email or message us (for example, photos of your spot for size and mounting advice).
Order history and delivery details, so we can help with warranty, returns and follow-up questions.

We don't collect anything about you from other sources, and we never buy or sell personal information.

3. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details go directly to them — we never see your card information, and we never store any of it.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, reply to your messages, give sizing and installation advice you've asked for, and handle warranty claims and returns. We keep order records as long as tax and consumer law require.

5. Cookies and who we share it with

Only the services that get your order to you: delivery carriers (your name, address and phone number where the carrier needs it for delivery), our payment provider (section 3), and the providers that host our website and email. We share the minimum each one needs to do its job, and nothing more. We also use analytics tools to understand how our site is used — which pages are visited and how people find us. That's collected using cookies and is aggregate information about visits, not something we use to identify you personally; it's handled by third-party analytics providers on our behalf.

6. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access — the site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

7. Access, correction and questions

Want to know what we hold about you, or fix something that's wrong? Email info@myparcelbox.au and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll do our best to put it right — you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
